Ignorance is Bliss
“The girls seem to be having lots of fun. It was a good idea to come to Phuket during our semester break. Right, bro?” Wee Kiat asked Bryan, as they sat by the hotel poolside bar having their drinks. They had been watching their girlfriends, Cassandra and Val, playing with a large ball in the hotel pool. Bryan responded by raising his glass of mojito to his lips, “Yup. The girls are happy. We are happy.”
His girlfriend, Cassandra was in a white bikini, which contrasted well with her bronze skin. The bikini seems to make her average boobs seemed much bigger. It showed more skin and its cutting made her cleavage more obvious. Bryan was pleased to see so many pairs of eyes ogling at her. It made him proud that he had such a sexy and desirable girlfriend.
But he was really attracted to Val instead. Val was Wee Kiat’s girlfriend. Unlike the three of them who were in Business school, she was from Engineering school. She took an Economics elective and ended up in their class. His best friend in the university, Wee Kiat, paired up with her for an assignment and within a couple of weeks, started dating. It worked well for Bryan because now that Wee Kiat had found himself a girlfriend, they could go out on double dates. Bryan had always felt a little guilty when he had to split his time between his girlfriend and his best friend.
Bryan had always thought Val was a little plain. She seemed to be always wearing a tee-shirt and jeans. No dresses, nothing sexy, lacy or colourful. It was all very Plain Jane. Val had been hesitant about coming to Phuket with them. She made an excuse that she had several assignments to complete during the break but Cassandra managed to coax out of her that the real reason was that she did not have any swimwear. The two girls went shopping and Cassandra had selected a nice, luminous lime green bikini for Val. It was a little more conservative than Cassandra’s but it did show that beneath her usual dressing, Val had a very nice body. Her breasts were not large but she had a slim waist and a full ass. Put together, her body curves were good.
“Bro, you are one lucky guy to have Cassandra as your girlfriend. Look at all the guys staring at her.” Wee Kiat said enviously.
“Val is pretty too, Wee Kiat.” Bryan consoled his friend, giving him a friendly punch on his shoulder.
“Nah. Look at those breasts. They are huge when compared to Val’s. You must enjoy sucking them.” Wee Kiat turned to look at Bryan. “Have you ever breast fuck her?”
“Not my thing, lah.” Bryan laughed. “I prefer doggy-style, with her breasts all swaying about when I am fucking her.”
“Fuck, lah. You don’t know what you are missing. Val also like doggy, and missionary. Basically, she just wants to lie there and let me do all the work. Damn tiring.” Wee Kiat put down his drink.
“Then maybe we should switch partners.” Bryan joked, watching Wee Kiat carefully. But Wee Kiat did not seem to hear him, his gaze still out towards the girls.
A few hours later, they were in a nearby restaurant, eating a delicious seafood dinner. There had grilled prawns, black pepper crabs, sambal stingray, mussels and sotong. Food was so much cheaper here compared to Singapore. They also had plenty of cheap beer.
When they returned to the hotel, it was almost 10 pm. The boys decided to go for another round of drinks at the hotel bar. When they return to Singapore the next day, alcohol would be a luxury item. The girls were tired and decided to go back to their rooms.
Wee Kiat seemed to be in a good mood. He downed several mugs of beer before changing to cocktails. He was sharing many jokes and stories with Bryan, as they laughed over their drinks. By 2 am, the bar thinned out and Wee Kiat seemed to be drunk. He was much more quiet, his body hunched on the bar counter.
“Let’s go, Wee Kiat.” Bryan pulled Wee Kiat up. Bryan slumped Wee Kiat’s arms around his shoulders while holding on to Wee Kiat’s waist. They made small, unsteady steps towards their rooms. When they reached Wee Kiat’s hotel room, Bryan realised that he would need to rummage in Wee Kiat’s pocket to get the card key. Bryan did not want to set Wee Kiat down at the corridor as it would be too difficult to get him up again. Neither did he want to wake up Val as that might make things difficult for Wee Kiat later on. He decided to bring Wee Kiat into his room instead.
They moved one door down along the corridor to his room and he fished out his card key from his pocket. The door opened quietly and Bryan set Wee Kiat down on the sofa. In the dark, Bryan could just make out Cassandra’s silhouette. She was sleeping soundly. Bryan went through Wee Kiat’s pocket and found the hotel card key. A thought flashed through his mind. He looked at Cassandra and Wee Kiat again. Both of them seemed to be fast asleep. He lifted Wee Kiat’s legs onto the sofa, in a more comfortable position for sleeping. Wordlessly, he left the room with Wee Kiat’s card key in his hand.
Bryan entered Wee Kiat’s room quietly. It had the same design as his room, a double bed, a dressing table and a sofa. He walked over to Val who was sleeping on her side, her facing towards the door. She was dressed in a t-shirt and a FBT shorts. She had a slight pout on her face, which made her even sexier. Without another word, Bryan took off his clothes and got onto the bed. He slowly removed her t-shirt, without waking Val up. She was not wearing any bra and her breasts were now fully exposed. He grabbed them, squeezing them gently. Val moaned softly in response. He licked her nipples, flicking them with his tongue till he got them hardened.
“Mmm.” Val seemed to be waking up. He turned Val over, to face the windows, away from him. He hugged her from behind, still playing with her boobs and nipples with one hand while the other slipped into her FBT shorts. She was not wearing any panties either. Bryan was surprised that this Plain Jane was way more sexier than he had thought. His fingers fought through the pubic hair before arriving at her entrance. She was already wet. His fingers slid in easily through the lubricated walls. It was tight. He could feel her walls pressing against his fingers. He inserted another finger in, fingering her with increased pace. He was not sure if Val was fully awake but she was responding to him with moans that grew louder and more frequent. Bryan knew Val was near to orgasm. Her vaginal walls were clamming against his fingers and her ass was pushing back against his hard cock.
With a loud moan and a full body shudder, Val came. Bryan hugged her tight, his hands covered in her juices. He moved his head towards her, taking in her smells. Gosh, she smells nice. He gave her a kiss on her neck.
“That was so nice, Wee Kiat.” Val whimpered.
Bryan sensed that Val was going to turn around. He quickly pulled down her FBT shorts and guided his cock into her. He plunged in deep and hard, as he wanted to distract her with pleasure. It worked. Val moaned in pleasure, her body frozen with the unexpected invasion of Bryan’s cock. She clutched tightly at the bedsheets as Bryan started pumping her sideways mercilessly, in a spoon position. Then Bryan remembered that Val likes the doggy position as well. He withdrew his cock and turned her over, before plunging his cock from behind. Val screamed loudly. As Bryan banged her hard from behind, she panted with pleasure, trying to catch her breath. Bryan leaned forwards, kissing her neck and squeezing her breasts as their bodies rubbed against each other.
Val moaned louder and louder. With another shudder, she orgasmed again, her body arching backwards as the waves of pleasure washed over her. Her arms now weak, she slumped forwards onto her bed, her eyes shut with exhaustion.
Bryan turned her over. He spread her legs and insert his hard cock into her for the finale. He leaned down on her, squeezing her breasts and kissing her, as he got into the missionary position. As he rubbed himself against her, his cock sliding in and out of her vagina, Val started moaning again. She held his head, kissing Bryan deeply. Noting something amiss, her eye flew open.
“Wait. You are not Wee Kiat.” Val was confused. “You are Bryan. Stop. You can’t do this.”
Bryan did not answer her. He was so close to cumming. He kissed her roughly, drowning her protests while he thrusted deeper and faster into her. With one final plunge, he spilled his seed into her, washing her womb clean. He laid on top of Val, exhausted.
Val took the opportunity to quickly push Bryan off her, pulling the blanket to cover her body, in a desperate need for modesty.
“You should not have done this, Bryan. This is so wrong.” Val spoke softly as she finally realised what had happened.
“Look. You enjoyed it, didn’t you?” Bryan replied as he got up to put on his clothes.
“I did not know it was you. I thought you were Wee Kiat.” Val countered, her eyes red.
“Ignorance is bliss. If you did not know it was me, it was okay, right? You had enjoyed it, right? So, let’s pretend that you did not know and you thought it was Wee Kiat. Then everyone is happy.” Bryan offered his solution.
“Where’s Wee Kiat?” Val asked.
“He is sound asleep in my room. I will go get him now. Remember. Ignorance is bliss. Don’t need to let him know.” Bryan smiled before leaving the room.
Bryan opened the door to his hotel room quietly. As he entered, he was greeted by familiar sounds of moaning. He could just make out a silhouette of Cassandra squatting in front of a standing Wee Kiat, rubbing her breasts against his hard cock. Bryan cursed himself. He did not want to see this. He reminded himself. Ignorance is bliss.

23.5 degrees ep 6 reactions
i haven't been doing reaction posts so far because i've usually been watching them right before i go to bed but i managed to watch today's ep a little earlier than usual, so! a collection of randomy spoilery below
THEY DID THE THING WE WANTED THEM TO DO THANK YOU P'FON
seriously even apart from the lying to sun part, the pain it was causing ongsa to lie to her was not sustainable, i'm so glad they went in this direction
this is also the direction my fic was going to be going lol so maybe i will just be paralleling canon an episode early! i'm not mad about it tbh
the place where they used sarah salola's "ดาวหมุน (orbiting star)" was perfect, i started tearing up
TEACHER BAMBAM IS BACK but will we ever get her interacting with nida again?? sigh. we may just have to do the thing where we sustain a ship out of two scenes of them together lol
i love that literally all of ton's friends find him exasperating. his misreading of mawin's incredibly cute heart-eyes at tin, and mawin's "shit, why am i telling you this????" was amazing
not totally sure how i feel about the possibility of charoenton? ton is just. so goofy. but we shall see if they're going that direction & if they can convince me! they're convincing me on every other pairing so far
AYLIN & LUNA AS CONSPIRATORS TOGETHER i love it. their powers combined are formidable
luna telling aylin that she likes what aylin likes AND AYLIN'S REACTION SLDKJFSJFLKSDJF I WAS A MESS WATCHING THAT
aylin calling out "มนุษย์" ("human") instead of ongsa's name when they were all looking for her = incredible
best older sibling of all time alpha???? i was glad we got the parents again this episode (do they spend half their time in phuket or something? is that why ongsa was still living there before this year while alpha was already in school at s-tar?) and they were very sweet, but it's so clear that alpha is the one who really knows that her sister and cousin need
sun honestly got on board with ongsa being earth SO quickly, like i appreciate the reduction of angst but also, even putting the possibility of attraction aside, it would have taken me longer to reconcile that the two "different" people i knew were actually the same
i am however VERY into a dynamic where one person knows the other person is pining and they have to figure out together how to deal with it so i am excited for that!!!

Hi Mor,
I hope you don’t mind me asking this and apologies if you’ve answered this already, but for Thailand travel advice: could you suggest a rough estimate of how much cash I would need for a two week trip?
I’m not planning to drink/go clubbing. I’ll be mostly eating, visiting attractions and maybe the odd tour/boat trip. I’ll be in Bangkok and Phuket.
Even a rough rough estimate will help :).
I don’t mind at all- ask away. you’re going to have an amazing time!
we paid for all our hotels ahead of time, so the cash we brought was for pretty much exactly what you’re talking about.
I started with around 17,500 baht ($500 USD) & ended up getting out another $300-$400 USD equivalent later on. that might sound like a lot, but that covered all my food, transportation, multiple spa trips, new luggage, extra baggage fees while flying in country, a couple gifts for people back home, shopping for myself and experiences for 2 weeks. I didn’t really deny myself anything, so for me, it was a bargain. we did pay for the KP boat tour & Promthep Cape sunset yacht tour ahead of time. I had about $100ish USD left over at the end, so I spent about $700-$800 (can’t recall) in cash total.
if you can afford to take out extra, do it early to avoid ATM fees down the line. you can easily exchange whatever you don’t spend at the airport. if you want to get real nerdy about it like I did, make a spreadsheet of all your projected expenses & try to bring 15% or more than you expect you’ll need.
pick pocketing doesn’t seem to be much of an issue in Thailand, but I highly recommend not carrying it all on you once you get to where you’re going, just to be safe. cash still seems to be the preferred (sometimes only) method of payment in most places, so don’t count on being able to fall back on debit cards, credit cards, etc.
if you don’t have them already, some airline-approved luggage locks should give you some peace of mind if you leave cash in your room. I snagged a pair on Amazon that open with keycards you can keep in your wallet so you never have to remember a code.
that was more advice than you asked for, but I hope it helps!
p.s. I can’t remember the name of the spa right now, but if you’re interested in getting a Thai massage or just hitting up a spa, the best one we went to by far was in Phuket (it was incredible & very reasonable)! just comment or send me a message & I’ll track down the name for you.

Sunday, April 2 thru Wednesday, April 5
It's so hot in Phuket that we find ourselves pretty happy to do . . . not a whole lot. It's a beautiful (did I say hot!?!) place to laze around, swim a little, drink a little, and plan something for later. Lots of reading happening.
The flavors and tastes in Thailand are much more in line with what we had expected of Southeast Asian food. Strong, lovely espresso. Croissants with pistachio (?) spread ~ my fav. Exotic fruits with yogurt. Guava and passion fruit juices. As time goes on though, we've gotten to the point where putting more stuff in our mouths just doesn't sound all that appealing. 🤪
What we've found surprising in Thailand is what seems to be a lackadaisical approach to service. How much is a taxi into town? Quizzical, not a clue look. Do you have a map of Old Town Phuket? Nope. Full stop. Our solo bar tender went outside for a smoke during the height of the evening, with musicians playing their hearts out and empty wine glasses on the tables. Don't think it's the language barrier (which is mammoth), something "off" with the people, or us being entitled. There's just something about the culture that's been difficult to understand from a western perspective. I've come away glad that I didn't teach English here because if I'm to be honest, I may have really struggled. (Course I'm only seeing what we're experiencing in this little corner and I suspect had we gone to a western owned chain resort our experience would have been different.) Now Vietnam on the other hand . . . Those sweet, brave children would have SOOOOO appreciated the cultural exchange and chance to learn. The parents too. That's my take away anyway.
Sunday night market is a MAJOR attraction in the Old Town of Phuket. Just an amazing scene with plentitudes of really great street food. I was able to fit a Thai massage in at Kim's first. (Didn't understand the mechanics of undressing at all and my masseuse guy wasn't super helpful in that department; pretty awkward, but thank goodness I'm old enough to handle it 🙈😂🙈). Finished the evening at a wine bar with a fabulous jazz duo from CA.
Spent the afternoon at the"public" pool. Refreshing for sure ~ and with refreshments too (after an unnecessarily complicated ordering process). Ummmmm, so Thai?
Woke to a video of one of life's incredible moments. It's a boy! 💜💚💜
Second trip into the Old Town for a mani/pedi (can't imagine what was being said about my well weathered heels 🤪) and lunch at Raya's (a local haunt for royals; pretty great curry!) Even bought a pair of linen pants. Big-time focus on Kate day.

Who do your friends think are hotter latinx dudes? (If it’s Pedro pascal or oscar Isaac - they’ve got worst taste tbh)
Like 97%+ of the Latin / Latino / Latine community, I'm not a huge fan of Latinx and consider this terminology to be an example of linguistic imperialism, but i am DELIGHTED to answer this question with a subset of dudes.
To clarify, though, as much as a meme and pout about it, I do get why my taste is different than theirs. I'm not ever too impressed by just looks--there's a lot of handsome dudes out there, who cares? like honestly, so what?--but I'm very attracted to movement and stance and motion. IRL, my party trick is that I can pick martial artists or dancers out of a crowd by how they stand or move, and I do this based purely on "is the way this dude stands sexy to me or not?" as opposed to any kind of objective criteria.
Accordingly, I married a life long martial artist who went goth clubbing with me enough times to ensure I'm obsessed with him for life. He's also the most amazing poet I've ever met and an actual certified genius, because fundamentally life is unfair. But the point is: movement, movement, movement. It's so important. I have a type, but not necessarily how people usually mean it.
And in the realm of pet actor men, David Castañeda moves way, way better than average, even if you judge him against other dudes trying to be action stars. So my friends are never going to convince me, and I'm never gonna convince them, and that's fine.
So anyway
Miguel Gomez is popular. I think it's the cheekbones. I know him as Gus from the Strain and everybody else has seen him on some other show that sounds like something I'd rather die than watch.
Both the dudes from Mayans MC are popular, and I actually do not disagree with either JD Pardo or Clayton Cardenas as a pick. I resisted watching the show for literally years, but eventually I caved and yeaaaaahhhhh. yeaaaah tho.
Every so often I'm insane about JD for like, a week or so. Fantastic tough guy yet nice boy energy on Mayans. I've said some thirsty ass shit on this account about him for SURE. Unfortunately, every time he posts a Muay Thai workout he's just so sloppy it kills my boner for like. months at a time. I flashback to my own summer in Phuket and can just see how disappointed my trainer would be if this dude was in his gym.
Clayton Cardenas I used to disagree about but he's a Miami boy, so. And like, with the biker styling? Look at him. If he had a dance or martial arts background I'd be a goner.
he also looks like the Hollywood (therefore prettier) version of every single metal Latino dude I've ever met. the 305 and 561 area code versions of this man have hollered at me more times than I can count. like, it's a charming sort of nostalgia. it's That Guy! that type of guy! i know That Guy! I made out with that guy under the bleachers in high school! etc etc. what a darling. the last version of That Guy who tried for me is now happily married and lives in LA and works in a pet crematorium. Very happy for him.
where was i
oh yeah, I have one friend who is obsessed with bad bunny and I guess maybe there's a dance background there maybe but I just do NOT vibe with it at ALL. the id is mysterious. he might just be too young for me? david is on thin ice, age wise, for me. any younger and I'd be repelled.
which is an interesting point, actually. I don't know how old you are, anon, but age might be another factor here. I'm in my mid 30s and CMOOOON
Oscar Isaac doesn't do it for you at least a little????
#latino#dudes#anon#thirst hours#beefcake#anon i am also open to suggestions#david castañeda#something something latino men in media
